I've been ordering my coffee exclusively from Royal Mile Coffee for over six months now, and haven't regretted a thing. Every bag I've received has included the most flavorful coffee beans I've had the pleasure of grinding and brewing with my chemex, often arriving a mere day or two after roasting. Their customer service is also fantastic, with Jamie frequently emailing me to brief me on my next bag of coffee, what kind of flavors to expect, and giving me a peek of what they'll be getting in stock next. I look forward to continue ordering coffee from them, and if you aren't already, I recommend the same.

Amazing coffee! I love the Darkness Monster and Espresso Jawn the best. Both are darker roasts that really pull out some amazing flavor. Can’t wait to try the new Cold Brew Jawn nitro can- looks super delicious!!!! Also worth mentioning, the owner is a real genuine guy too who has a big heart for his products and processes. Love stopping by the facility to get a couple of bags at a lower price than buying Royal Mile from local Whole Foods Markets. Keep up the great work- you’ve got a lifetime fan here!!!

Grabbed this coffee at whole foods because 1) I love chocolate forward coffee 2) it's Christmas-y 3) it says Jawn, which means the maker is local with a sense of humor. I love this coffee. It is creamy, and coffee forward, without a even a hint of bitterness. I wouldn't call it "chocolately" so much as "smooth" and "bright". Potentially, my creamer dulls the full chocolate notes. Either way though, I love it. I ground my own beans, so I got to experience this coffee from bag to cup. I can attest to its freshness. I plan to try other coffees from them. I hope to continue to be thrilled with their product because I currently fly my coffee in from Seattle. Well done friends! Love this jawn.

Pre-ground bags, stale jars of instant, big name coffee shops: I've tried them all. But, small-batch artisan coffees were a bit intimidating to me. Whenever I would look at the high prices, the exotic origins, and the long strings of unpronounceable bean names, I would decide that maybe simpler was better for me. Royal Mile Coffee has changed all that. Owners Jamie and Jess matched me with two of their artisan creations: an Ethiopian roast and the Studio 14 espresso. Both were fresh with a full-bodied flavor that you just don't experience in the sort of coffee I normally drank. The espresso was especially outstanding. I was blown away by the complexity of the flavor and its smoothness. I like espresso in general, but I think this is one of the most delightfully smooth brews I've had. I can really see this being your daily cup. For quality alone, Royal Mile convinced me that it's well worth looking beyond the big chains for your daily fix. I was equally impressed with the whole experience. Royal Mile's website took some of the confusion out of learning about the various roasts. The owners are friendly, expert, and provide the sort of first-class customer service that you can't expect from a larger company. Seriously, from selecting the coffees to receiving the super-fresh roasts so quickly, everything went down just as smoothly as the coffees themselves. For superb coffee and excellent customer service, I would rate this among the best I've had!

Jamie, the owner, was really nice. He not only explained about the different coffees he made, but also asked questions about what kind of flavours we liked and what we did and didn't like about previous coffees to suggest some options to suit our tastes. The location is a warehouse, but Jamie made the most of it - the front room is bright and inviting, as you can easily see the different coffees available. In the corner is a cooler with cans of cold brew coffee of most of the varieties. We got a can of everything to take home and compare so we could find our favorite - which turned out to be Espresso Jawn, one of the two varieties Jamie had recommended for us. My only complaints are that the bag of coffee we got didn't have a roasted on date on it (which may have just been an issue with our bag as the label was clearly designed for it), and that the jawn-based branding didn't appeal to us.

Royal Mile Coffee Roasters has some of the best dark and medium roasts I have ever had. The Espresso Jawn and also the Darkness Monster have such a bold taste that pulls through some beautiful flavors. By far my favorite coffees. Can’t wait to try the new Cold Brew Jawn- looks delicious!!! Love stopping by the facility here to grab my bags at a few bucks cheaper than my local Whole Foods Market. Also worth mentioning, the owner is a real genuine guy who has a huge passion and love for making these phenomenal products. You’ve got a lifetime fan here!!!

I buy Royal Mile Coffee roasters coffee beans online as I live in California. I was introduced by a friend in the coffee online community. I emailed Jamie and asked if I could buy several smaller bags to sample. He didn't have a sampler pack at the time, but created a sampler pack for me (and anyone now) and I was able to try 5 coffees,. I have to say I enjoyed all of them. Jamie was available to answer some questions I had and reach back to me quickly. I appreciate a company that cares about their customers and the beans they choose to provide to customers. Will be buying more coffee in the near future!
